CANCUN STEM CELL CLINIC, INC. (“CSCC”) is a Delaware C corp, with various commercial interests including valuable medical alliances in Cancun, Mexico; its administrative office is in Ohio. The alliances, referred heretoafter as “the Clinic in cancun” currently accepts patients for evaluation and possible allogenic or autogolous stem cell treatments. A wholly owned subsidiary conducts IRB approved and monitored medical trials, primarily involving cord blood stem cells.
