CSCC is a for profit, U.S. domiciled company and is not licensed to “do business” in Mexico nor does it seek to do so. CSCC is, among other things, a stem cell patient management firm. CSCC works in association with many groups around the world and specifically with HEMATOLOGIA INTEGRAL Y ESTUDIOS ESPECIALIZADOS, S.C. (“HIEE”), a Mexican corporation, and its owner, Dra. Sylvia Abbblitt. CSCC is the worldwide marketing agent for HIEE. HIEE is directly and or indirectly controlled by Mexican citizens, specifically Dra. Abblitt, not so with CSCC where Dra. Abblitt, a Mexican citizen, is a major shareholder, though not a majority or controlling stakeholder.
